Making:
Raw jackfruit seeds pour water to cover the surface of the seeds, boil until the water is dry, stir well to avoid burning the pot, also help the seeds drier.
After boiling, remove to drain.
Next, peel the jackfruit seeds. When boiled and let the seeds cool, the shells have been separated, so peeling is also very easy.
Slice avocado about 20-25g.
Heat a pan, add butter and reduce heat to medium.
When the butter melts, pour in the jackfruit seeds and stir well, add a little salt to taste.
When salt is dissolved, add about 2 tablespoons of honey, the amount of honey depends on the sweetness you want. You can taste 1 seed, because the seed is already ripe. Then stir for about 2-3 minutes for the butter and honey to stick to the seeds and then turn off the heat.
Pour jackfruit seeds into baking tray, turn for 10 minutes, stir to avoid burning.
